Reroof / Retrofit

Roof leaks because the forces of expansion and contraction literally tear holes in the surface. There is a long term solution to roof problems: re-roofing using the MR-24® standing seam roof system. It is designed to move with those forces using special sliding tabs in the clips that securely hold the roof panels to supporting structural members. Each MR-24 roof panel is seamed to the adjoining panel to form a single monolithic steel membrane covering your building.

In most cases, you can install the MR-24 roof system right over your existing built-up, single-ply or metal roof. You save on labor costs needed to tear off your current roof which may also interrupt your business activities during the process. You may even find that re-roofing can increase your building's energy efficiency. Adding insulation under the MR-24 roof system can result in lower utility bills.

Lower maintenance cost, weather tightness, easy installation and energy savings - the MR-24 reroofing is a long term solution to your roof problems. Surprisingly, the cost is often comparable to many short-term fixes.
